Workforce

According to the Columbus Chamber of Commerce, central Ohio is home to a workforce of more than one million contributors with a median age of 34.7 and strong Midwestern work values. In fact, more than 33% of central Ohioans hold bachelor’s degrees and 11% hold master’s degrees. In New Albany, 69% of residents hold a bachelor’s degree or higher.
