Benefitting from the large expanses of available land, A&F’s 400-acre headquarters on a secluded wooded site with its own lake looks more like a college campus, complete with young professionals in flip flops holding meetings in front of a large fire pit and is a key part of its creative culture. The latest addition to the cluster, Bob Evans Farms, which brings an entirely different retail focus, was attracted to the lush green meadows and white horse fences that reflect its “farm fresh” brand’s agrarian heritage.
